Hi, I am an accidental home interior entrepreneur. My journey began when I redesigned my own home and discovered how hard it was to build good looking, good finish and long lasting home interiors.

When I got the opportunity to co-found Furdo just 6 months after doing my first home, I just jumped in. I didn't know anything about the industry, but I knew this was a huge problem that had to be solved

Yet I think, that is what helped, because we had no rules, no godfathers from the industry. We were ambitious, and yet we had to learn everything from first principles

As you can imagine that didn't bode well initially. We had raised a small round of funding which we ran out of within 1 year. We were 3 months away from shutdown, when one of our sales experiments worked

We never looked back after that. We went from 0 to 25 lacs per month in the first year, and in the 2nd year we went from 25 lacs to 4 Cr a month.

I have often been asked what did we do, what did we discover that led to this kind of profitable growth. Initially I kept it a secret, but then I asked why. Why can't I use what I know, partner with 100s of others and build a 100 such companies.

It's win-win. You get a 100 Cr business, and I get a piece of it for helping you build it

This led me to create GRID, a platform where I help home interior professionals build a monster business of their own.
